Bidder List Application Form

Thank you for your interest in bidding on city contracts. The City of Decatur requires a number of suppliers to provide goods and services for daily operation. The bidder list application is used by the Purchasing Department to maintain a list of interested vendors cataloged by the commodity offered. It is not required to be registered on this list to submit bids or quotations, however registered bidders will be solicited directly (based on commodity code) when a sealed bid is required for goods or services.
